next time don’t use te underwater mode and use daylight whitebalence, all of these pictures are way to blue for my tastes (what underwater mode does)
best pike fly addition ever!!! I use guitar strings fold with pliers, and the crimp a little notch, it works well.
like I said a good floater is the sa steelhead line, its sooo perfect for nymphing I basically do nothing but nymph for salmon.
I go with the following boxes:
A streamer box (one of those bug luggage boxes), it carries wolly buggers, thunder creeks and esls
A steelhead Pattern Box a metal clip with center leaf box and steelhead flies mostly downwing, with some prawn patterns and articulated leaches, and glo bugs to round things out (someone stole it from me this year 🙁 )
An Egg Box – Beads on one side, glo bugs and flesh on the other
A nymph and Dry box – PTs, COpper Johns, Prince Nymphs and Hares ears on one side, stimulators on the other
A clouser box – enough saidI grab the one I need when I go out on a particular stream… Plus I always have some weird flies in my dryer patch to fill whatever need may arise…
no pictures as my boxes are embarrasingly empty
isn’t there specific photography gear insurance? I’ve heard its about $70/ yr for like $10000 worth of lenses and bodies and such…

sorry haven’t been to any of the exclusive waters here, there are very few (thank god) let me know when you need pictures of chrome steelhead or big rainbows on dries, I’ve got some excellent images (publishable I dare say)..
