LeTourneau University in Longview (TX) teaches a couple of fly fishing classes. The instructor is Phil Rispin.
Tyler (TX) Junior College has offered fly fishing classes for at least ten years.

MemberLouie has been in touch with me as well. He’s hooked up with the local Trout Unlimited group in Hawaii and is selling their t-shirts to anyone he can. I’ve seen some worn by our chapter members at the Guadalupe River TU meetings.
If you are going to fish the Guad for rainbows, now is the time.
