The University of Montana in Missoula has a course, non credit.

I second the University of Montana Zach. They are teamed up with the Kingfisher Fly Shop to help teach the class. Jim and Matt (the owners of the shop) do a great job too. Here is the link from their website that is also linked to the U.

    Hey Zach,

    Here are a couple more:

LeTourneau University in Longview (TX) teaches a couple of fly fishing classes.  The instructor is Phil Rispin.

Tyler (TX) Junior College has offered fly fishing classes for at least ten years.

I’ve also been informed that BYU has a class, but I have no specifics at this point.

I remember reading an article, I think it was on Midcurrent, about some guys that guided out west and then taught college courses the other part of the year.

My friend was telling me she was going to take a fly fishing course this spring at one of the schools in Louisville, KY. I’m not sure which school it was, it sounded like it was a continuing education program since she’s not enrolled at any college right now.
