It’s not bad. A mate and I knocked off a bottle the other evening after a day on the river… I think it was 3.30 by the time we turned in and in that time managed to solve virtually all of the world’s problems and had only one or two flyfishing mysteries left to unravel… unfortunately the brilliance it creates wears off and by daylight most all problems and mysteries had returned…. 😎 🙁 😎

I made one out of a “Mini Mirror Ball Turner” I bought from an equivilent site to ebay for a few dollars. Made a drying wheel by adapting a CD spindle with foam and was in business. It’s mains powered and works a treat!
Here’s one I found on Ebay… Mains Powered and I find 2 rpm about right… with a six inch disc.

Slow down fellas… It ain’t no New Zealand fish. The sale of any trout in New Zealand is illegal, hence why there is no trout farming here, in fact, that is illegal too. This is one of the ways we protect our precious wild fish from the diseases and genetic deprivation which can often result from farm escapees.
We have farmed salmon here which would fit your description.
Sea Trout are common in some areas, primarily the far south and provide great sport, but there is no lively trade, unless it’s a black market one.
Instances have occurred of illegal taking of wild trout and them being exported and labelled as NZ fish over seas in the past. I strongly encourage you folks to check with your restaurants and make them realise these facts about our trout because it boils it down to one of two options.
1) They are participating, albeit unwittingly) in the illegal black-marketing of our sports-fish
2) Someone is lying about what’s going on the menu.You can judge a man by the size of things which annoy him.
I think you summed it up with additional problem a) Davy… Most of the things outlined here are caused by commencing a forward stroke slightly earlier than is appropriate. Allowing your back-cast to fully extend should eliminate most of the casting problems outlined here.

I first saw it in about 2005 I thnk. It is a very nice book with stuff from all over the world. I would say that as my ugly mug is in their somewhere as are some of my flies.

Hey guys –
Interviewed the Becks this morning and they were both very informative and very entertaining. We will probably kick off Season Three with them. Look for that some time in the first two weeks of January.

David, if you will pay the shipping expenses I be only to happy to lend you Brick… my pride and joy. It will take me a couple of weeks to train him to dump on command, but he will.
I will need him back by May for the Pheasant season, his brother and me will take care of the rabbit population in his absense.

Yep, Morsie has an awful life… his previous occupation was tasting wine, then charter skipper/guide, now demigod guru… I like to ring him from time to time and usually it involves passing a message via Monique to tell him when he finally drags his ass back through the door from another fishing adventure to ring me.
Then we hear about where he’s been and think he’s full of it, then he posts the pics… if i didn’t like the bugger so much I’ d hate his guts! ;D

As far as the music goes, sorry boys, that’s the flavor I chose and I’m sticking with it. I listen to every kind of music myself. One other factor – very hard to get Zac De La Rocca’s permission to play one of their songs in a podcast or small video. Bluegrass guys usually are much more accessible.
