They do an excellent job of explaining their drag and also outlining some of the most important factors in designing reels.
No, Curtis, we were down on Grand Isle fishing the passes and then off the beach going down to Port Fourchon.
The main hang up I have about the chest pocket is that it impedes the ability to roll the wader down.
The Zuddler Minnow and Kelly Galloup’s Sex Dungeon are my two favorite streamers for brown trout, Erie steelhead, and large laker rainbows.
I saw that someone is finally marketing articulated hooks with the shanks already bound together; that would speed up the tying a bit, though you’d only have one hook.

I lost track of how many big redfish we caught; a lot. Â We were meat hunting and ended up limiting out on the trophy slot (fish above 27″) both days; meanwhile slot fish (16″ to 26″) were harder to come by.
The reds were, uh, feisty.This was one of those trips where the organizer (not me) tried to mix bait and fly anglers…and we all know that inevitably leads to bait fishing.
