Tim AngeliMemberCircus Peanut, Sex Dungeon, Kiwi Muddler, Heifer Groomer, Zoo Cougar, Butt Monkey, Conrad Sculpin, Autumn Splendor, Super Bugger, Meat Whistle, Home Invader, Sheila Sculpin…
The first 3 are pretty clear cut favorites, but it’s always nice to have options.

MemberBighorn trout see those articulated, big nastees every day, several times a day.
Clouser Minnow
The Clouser still looks and acts like forage more than most streamers.

Jeff SmithMemberI don’t fish the Bighorn but my go to streamer on the Bow, Oldman and Crowsnest is the Alexandra. Works pretty good in stillwaters as well.
Another good one is a simple white marabou wing, silver tinsel body and a red hackle beard. About as simple as they come.Sep 22, 2011 at 7:00 pm #58697

The Itinerant AnglerThe Zuddler Minnow and Kelly Galloup’s Sex Dungeon are my two favorite streamers for brown trout, Erie steelhead, and large laker rainbows.
I saw that someone is finally marketing articulated hooks with the shanks already bound together; that would speed up the tying a bit, though you’d only have one hook.

MemberI’m increasingly convinced that there’s a direct correlation between the efficacy of a streamer and the sheer absurdity of its name. Sexual references appear to garner bonus points.

MemberIf you’re looking for big Browns in November these are what you need to throw.

A 300 grain sink tip line is best for getting down fast. Big drop offs and behind the Concrete in the upper three hold the Biggest fish.

Let me know when you get there and I’ll take you down if you’re interested and I’m not workin.
