MemberI’m not real interested in getting a mad bull shark close to the kayak.
I can understand why. Not a Bull but still…

MemberFrom wiki (and they guard that article diligently)
The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), based in Washington, D.C., is the largest animal advocacy organization in the world, and is one of the largest anti-hunting groups in the United States.[2] In 2009, The HSUS reported assets of over US$160 million.[3]Am I missing something?

MemberA simple search on google will tell you all you want to know about HSUS. Whether you agree with their position or not is entirely up to you. As a sportsman I could never align myself with a group like this.
Here is just one small example of the kind of BS they regurgitate regularly.

MemberI think they are foolish to support HSUS. Very foolish. They share the same radical agenda as PETA IMO. I’ll also not be buying from them.

MemberNice Job Zach! Keep it up, I like being on a list of who’s who.

MemberCut up cuda works! Put a little Cuda blood on the fly if they keep refusing it. Black Tips will get aerial sometimes when caught and IMO fought harder and ran further then the other Sharks we caught.
Oh and we were using 12wt TICRX with Hayden reels for the sharks. They both worked great.

MemberDitto on what Neal said. Original chapstick works best for me though some may prefer the cherry flavored… 😕
The plastic snap on the belt on my fishpond pack broke way before the bag. I robbed one from a camera backpack and it’s working nicely still.
Bottom line IMO is hardly anything is built to last anymore. It’s nice that companies like Fishpond usually always stand behind the products they sell but I’d rather not have to deal with broken product if given a choice.

MemberHey Steve good to see here again. Got a link to the topwater?
How can you tell it apart from a Supreme? Looks exactly like my boat.

MemberIt’s breathing new life into fishing for us. When was the last time you had rubber knees after a fish? These fish will do it to ya.

MemberFor an XXD body I’d seek out the 17-55 2.8 for sure. The 24-105 F4 is nice, as well as the 17-40 F4.

MemberCheck out ebay. We get a great deal on a place in Big Pine. We stayed in the lower half of the owners place on the water. It was a big bonus to have a local that close to help us out too. The owners also had rentals in KW I think. Have fun man, I love that place!

MemberGreat image Mike. Fishing images just haven’t been of interest to me that much lately. Fishing is a place where I can be in my own little world and I usually don’t like to be distracted.

MemberMy favorite was the Black Swallowtail Butterfly dive bombing an Osprey.

MemberYes there is a way to use a Cir Pol on a G12. http://www.lensmateonline.com/store/G11partB.php
I picked up a G10 for my Mother last week. That’s an impressive little package.

MemberHey it could be worse. You could have bought a PC that went to the landfill in 2008…
