    I think that’s a congenital deformity, not some kind of injury, so he would have lived with it his whole life and presumably adapted.

    I’ll second the Simms G3s.  They’re expensive, but I’ve beat the hell out of them and they aren’t much worse for wear, aside from the shredded gravel guards.  You might want to look into the Simms Guide Wader, which they are now re-releasing after not offering it for a few years….it’s basically a G3 without the (unnecessary) bells and whistles.  Their customer service is great too.

    If im not mistaken, they have a new series made especially for saltwater and larger applications.  Check their website or give them a call.

    The Vanquish.  It’s a sexy piece of machinery.

    Circus Peanut, Sex Dungeon, Kiwi Muddler, Heifer Groomer, Zoo Cougar, Butt Monkey, Conrad Sculpin, Autumn Splendor, Super Bugger, Meat Whistle, Home Invader, Sheila Sculpin…

    The first 3 are pretty clear cut favorites, but it’s always nice to have options.

    Nice fish Jack, and welcome.  Was good meeting you down in Omori…hopefully we didn’t scare you too much.  We tend to regress to not much better than cavemen when we all get together like that.
