Arkansas has some great trout water but don’t overlook some of the streams that are great for smallmouth too.

Whitlock’s Fox Squirrel nymph has been a great go to nymph for me- several variations from rubber legs to bead heads, etc.

Guys, there’s an outside chance i have to go to Salt Lake City in September for work.  It seems to me there is a lot of trout water out that way so if i had a chance to go fishing for a day, where would you go?

I would rent a car and would be willing to drive 4 to 5 hours still have a day to fish.  

Thoughts?

Heart Lake up near Coalville, its Wyoming but good opportunity for a grand slam.
