I’d host whoever on a great lakes steelhead summit in the short term.

    Its pretty easy.

Hit is right and it can be alot of fun, and hell, 8-10 pound rainbows are the only show in town.

Throw out some dates sir! I have some PTO banked 😉

Try the Missouri around Wolfe Creek/ Craig area. I’ve fished with these folks and are some of the hardest working guides I’ve ever met.

    Hey John,

one of these days we will meet again.  We fish the same big 4 and then some.

    Dave,
Amen to that. It has been quite a while since I’ve had a “Summit” of any sort.

    Rick,
I have found Wild PA trout to be some of the most demanding trout any where, especially in the midstate limestone belt I call home. It really is a blast to fish in the shadows of some guys who literally built the sport in the US.
    Eric,
I frequent the Big 4 in Centre Co. However, home is the meadow streams of the Cumberland Valley.
    Stan,
I’ll show you mine if you show me yours!
But if it’s brookies you seek “I know nothing” 😉 .

As an addendum is there much of a “grass” rod following here at IA?Not that I discriminate but there is something about well built Bamboo that touches my soul.

    Dave,
That pretty much sounds like my entire season.
Every time things seemed to be pointed toward a great trip something turned it into a day of paying dues.
But I guess that is why we keep going back.
