So what kind of glass do you typically shoot with?

Those are pretty good shots, but i would argue most of those shots would be improved 10x by simply coming back later or earlier in the day when the lighting was better.

Grant, if you don’t have a flash, you need to wait for a nice cloudy day with great diffuse light, and then put the little munchkin next to a window or big slider.  I have a couple big pieces of black and white velvet type material that makes for great backgrounds, you should be able to find something similar at any fabric store.  I was just at the camera shop today looking at the light disc type reflectors, those look like they would really help in that kind of situation too.

This one was shot with natural light.

I tried the oven thing on an iPhone my daughter dropped into the toilet (again, don’t ask), not so lucky with that one.

Better put the timer on next time.

I watched the videos on the website a couple weeks back, and was led to believe that you were expected to hook fish on any of 1 or up to 3 flies tied onto a single leader, with one circle hook at the far end.

Lightroom will do it lickety-split, if you consider it cheap (I do).

I haven’t had time to read zach’s article, but one potential problem with a personal arcticles policy thru a private insurance company is that you really only get so many strikes, whether they tell you that or not.

I fished monday with a full sinking line about 20′ long, connected to a floating running line.
