I think that’s about right, Randy. Especially for the domestic makers, the prices have to keep going up just for them to stay in one place in terms of profitability/survival.

Two things: first off you need to make sure you are not duplicating the http:// as you have done above. It’s going to be provided for you when you bring up the image input window, so either delete it or only copy your link without that section.
Secondly, though, I think you are copying the link from your BROWSER page rather than the actual link to the image itself.
The easiest way to copy the link to an image is to right click the image and look for an option along the lines of ‘Copy Image URL.’ (That is what it is called in Chrome but it may have a different name in another browser).
I went to the page you linked to, clicked through the image to the ‘original image’ page, and right-clicked the image as I described above, thus copying the actual link to the file (rather than to the page).

I’m actually going bait fishing tonight. That’s how bad it has gotten. Hopefully though we’ll be able to mix some fly in if we can get the bait up to our lights like we want.

I picked up a pair of LED trailer lights yesterday with LED side lamps. I had to look carefully to make sure I was getting the right ones. Hopefully the lower voltage draw of LEDs will make these less likely to kick out. I’ll make sure to also check all the connections when I wire them up.

There we go; I increased the attachment thumbnail size. Let me see what happens when I use a vertical image. This software has more trouble with horiz. versus vertical than our last board.

Tim is correct; this site runs on WordPress. Your thumbnails are clickable to go to full size (with no size restriction), but in order to get them to display “in-line,” you have to host them somewhere first. Once they are hosted on a site like photobucket.com, etc., you simply use the ‘img’ buttons to input the link.
One further note: this site doesn’t use the old bulletin board short form tags. So,
won’t work. Instead you need to use the proper html form of < img src=”yourpicturehere” > (with those brackets closed in and no spaces) in order to display a photo. It’s kind of six of one, half dozen of the other.
In the mean time, I’ll see if I can modify the thumbnail size to display in more like 400 pixels wide for future attachments.

Are you talking about side marker lights that stay on same time as the tail lights? Does your trailer not use the brake lights as turn signals?

Yes, the side marker lights. I guess they don’t actually flash when I am turning – I need to replace the bulb and check. These are burning out when I simply trailer the boat down the road, whether it gets dunked or not. The filament itself is blowing. And the LED trailer light kits I’ve seen at Northern Tool and Equipment or West Marine all have LED rears but incandescent side marker lights.

I am going to just start very small. I’ve got a wooded area directly behind my house that’s about 1-2 acres. I was hoping to just get a couple or three live birds and let Gretchen find them and see what happens.
Any tips on placing the birds and then actually training the dog to hold? I think Gretchen will hold initially but I am not sure what she’d do if the bird started running. Most likely crunch it up. I am assuming I’d keep her on a lead to prevent this?
Then reward her with a treat and some find and retrieve afterwards?
