Yes, Thom Hogan is a former editor of Backpacker magazine and a much more reliable source generally, although I’ve never purchased one of his eBooks.

Basically, a black panther is a melanistic version of either a cougar/mountain lion, a jaguar, or a leopard.
Mike I’ve never pulled the trigger on one but I’ve seen (no lie) several dozen GBHs dropped with various too-large firearms.

You can access the podcasts two ways: through this site and through iTunes.
On this site, you can either listen to the podcasts as they “stream” or you can download the whole podcast to your computer to listen to later.
To stream a podcast on this site, navigate to the Podcasts section in the ‘Media’ area in the menu bar at the very top of the screen, by the orange man-on-a-log.
Also, while I am not advocating this, I feel it is my duty to point out that if you run a search on isohunt.com, you can find a large library of National Geographic Special bittorrents, which may be more expeditious than waiting for a program you missed to air on PBS again.
