[Zach Matthews]

I’ve scheduled three interviews for this coming week and have a streamside essay already prepped.

[Zach Matthews]

Perfect Will.

[Zach Matthews]

I had Ian freeze for the shot.

[Zach Matthews]

Check the next issue of Fly Fisherman (May) before you go.

[Zach Matthews]

Anything you want but typically large baitfish patterns like Enrico Puglisi flies, Whistlers, Sar-Mul-Macs, Clousers, or Crease Flies.

[Zach Matthews]

The integrated lines do cast better and handle better, in my opinion, but the tradeoff probably isn’t worth it unless you’re fishing over sand.

[Zach Matthews]

Flyfisher –

That chip is the same one, albeit slightly downgraded, as my D200.

[Zach Matthews]

John –

That’s a dead link.

Zach

[Zach Matthews]

Steve –

This is a total team effort fishery.

[Zach Matthews]

Hey guys –

Ian located a snowboarding-style pack which he uses for light packing trips such as this.

[Zach Matthews]

Hahahah, yeah I let my eyes be bigger than my stomach.

[Zach Matthews]

Hey Bryan –

I think I used up all my brownie points this weekend, but if you guys plan to do it again, maybe this summer, I’d like to come up and meet you.

[Zach Matthews]

Nice report, Cameron.

[Zach Matthews]

Hey Joel –

I’ve already talked to Simms, unfortunately.

[Zach Matthews]

Man, I know you’re building a bed right now.

[Zach Matthews]

Add Simon Gawesworth (credit for that request goes to Ian Crabtree).

Zach

[Zach Matthews]

Seafood –

Yes, and you already can.

[Zach Matthews]

I don’t know the order yet, and I am waiting on my headset to arrive before I can start conducting interviews, but the following people have agreed to do the podcast in the next few weeks (not necessarily in this order):

1. Ted Juracsik
2. A.K. Best
3. Buzz Bryson
4. Bill Butts (an expert on striper and white bass fishing, just in time for the run)

…and several more will be following.

[Zach Matthews]

Great thread.

When I finished high school I took a trip up to Lake Huron, where a friend had a couple gradnfathered-in cabins on islands out in Georgian Bay.

[Zach Matthews]

Thanks Rusty and thanks to all you guys who wrote to wish me luck.
