I would also look at Ian Rutter’s more recent book, Great Smoky Mountains National Park Angler’s Companion:

Hey, new to the site and excited to be here! I just bought Ian’s book at a show a couple weeks ago and it is great. I’m going down in 2 weeks and hoping having read this book will make a big difference. Worth picking up, no doubt.
