Beautiful shots guys! But the shot of ‘Night time Corey with the Kung Fu Grip” is priceless. Thanks for the inspirado.
I’m going to update my recommendation and say that the Garmin Oregon 200 also looks to be a very good deal.
Hey guys –
We finally had a full day on the water in the new boat. Andrew’s engine had been cutting out due to a mismatched carburetor housing, but he got that fixed. Unfortunately, Bull Sluice Lake on the Hooch was extremely muddy and off color. While we got plenty of shots at carp, we couldn’t convince any to eat. That’s fine; we were really just out to get used to the boat and get comfortable poling. We still have to paint the exterior and accessorize quite a bit, but we’ve made huge progress and we now have a legitimate skiff to fish out of.
Oh, and some performance notes.
Hey Lee –
I just asked that people post some images before linking to off-site archives, and you did that, so no problems.
In my candid opinion, yes, you have what it takes to sell some images to magazines.

Yes, and also a pay scale thing. Generally speaking, none of the online outlets pay anything like as much as print, if they pay at all.
