I live in Memphis, and guide mostly in Arkansas, but know plenty of places in Mississippi and Tennessee for some under the radar fun stuff. Reach out, let me know if there is anything I can do, be it guiding or just pointing in the right directions.

If you can find one, naturally depends on time of year, find a giant ant hill and bury it in there!

    Panic all the way:

Ride Me High, Are You Ready For The Country, Drivin>Fishwater>Drivin, Fishing, Chilly Water>Proving Ground>Chilly Water, Surprise Valley>Drums>Disco>Surprise Valley, 1×1>Blackout Blues, Taildragger and on and on. “An honest tune with a lingering lead has gotten me this far”. Plus there is always a “bowl for the cat, a bowl for the dog and a bowl for me”

Travis…. Is that Yammy a 4 Stroke? 2 stroke saves you 60-70 pounds… On the transom, while drifting…. That’s huge. Glad you like it bro.

Yep, all homebrew. This is a pic of my old one. That fridge crapped out a year or two ago and have since built a 3 tapper out of a slightly smaller fridge. It’s not too hard to do. Just need a good drill. Parts wise a co2 splitter, co2 bottle, double output regulator, splitter and some hose. Everyone need hose!

Google Midwest-supplies… They have good stuff and can help walk you through it if you need it.

I’ve posted to this topic before here as well, but it is a great one.  I have a Brittany who is just great on the boat.  I started putting Jo Jo on the boat at 8 1/2 weeks old and he is 3 years old now.  Clients love him.  He stays out of their way and just adds to the experience on the water.  When the motor is running he acts like a big hood ornament on the boat.  I’ve never had anybody say they wished I hadn’t brought the dog… quite the opposite.  I’ve had 3 Brittanys in the past and this one is the best I’ve ever owned.  My last one may have had a more quirky and funny “personality” , but this one is sharp and just an all around badass.  (He is great with a frisbee)

He also likes posing with clients for their grip and grins.

    as a young pup even…

and younger… learning to be the hood ornament/mascot.

He even goes on river cleanup outings in the rain… so he is tougher than most TU members…

just a good pic of him…

I use two six gallon furmenters and split the wort before cooling and adding yeast.

I’ve been at it for around 8 years.  I don’t do all grain, but I do use grain in the mix along with extracts.  My favorites are Amber Ales, IPA’s and California Steam ales.  I brew solo, usually in 12 gallon batches and I’ll bottle two gallons and keg ten gallons.

“When you guys say “boat” what exactly do you mean?”

There are plenty of guys who use drift boats as well, but generally if you hear the word boat in association with the White something similar to this is the norm.

I’ve used Gregg Arnold and Bryan Holeman and would recommend them to anyone.
