We have been fly fishing on the Rio Grande in Creede, CO at Antlers Guest Ranch. My In-laws can’t make the trip any more due to the high elevation. Can anyone suggest a place with nice cabins near northeast Oklahoma that might work for us?

Sorry, but I should have stated within 500 miles of Tulsa, OK will work.

Thanks, found Gaston’s White River Resort. The restaurant looks to have a killer menu.

    Has anyone stayed there?

I agree you can do a lot better than Gaston’s.

    Hi Billy D,

You might want to take a look at the Guadalupe River near New Braunfels, Texas.  The fly fishing is great not only for trout but also bass, pan fish and even the native Rio Grande Cichlid.  There are also a bunch of other area attractions throughout the San Antonio/Austin region.   There are several lodging options along the river and nearby Canyon Lake.  I have used a local fishing guide, Kyle Kenter, that really knows his stuff and also put me onto more fish than I could count!  🙂  Check out his website Kenter Guide Service; he also has links to places to stay and things to do.
