Peter E.MemberVery Nice.
Peter E.MemberPersonally I like to tie imprssionistic flies and as such thats what I fish. But that’s just me. Kent would you mind posting a picture of that fly when it’s still dry?
Peter E.MemberBallin!
Peter E.MemberI gotta make it out that way this summer. I said I was last year but I really need to this year.
Peter E.MemberIt is because you aren’t letting the line load. That’s the plain and simple explanation.
If you let the line unroll fully you will not have freyed line, flies or yarn. Plus you can knock out the sonic boom from your routine.
Peter E.Memberi think the best thing to do is come south and do some fishing down here. No waders needed
Peter E.MemberThat would be a horrible situation. I hope you don’t repeat it anytime soon
Peter E.MemberVery nice.
Peter E.MemberManners in a situation like that are key. Those shrimpers will normally let you hang around but they are very protective of their nets as it is their livelihood. Just ask first.
Peter E.Memberagreed, the only problem with me going there would be getting me to leave.
Peter E.MemberThe SA saltwater taper will do it. The question after that is how deep do you want to fish?
Peter E.MemberSA Saltwater taper would be my go to. Oh wait it is
Peter E.MemberC. B., where are you at here in Alabama?
Peter E.MemberI had the Native Paddle pole and loved it.
Peter E.MemberSince this a zero dollar assignment, I will wear it for free.
Peter E.Membertrucker or nothing!
Peter E.MemberI was thinking this might be the best bang for the buck.
http://buy.scientificanglers.com/lines/spey-lines/skagit-extreme-head-multi-tip.htmlAnyone have any experience with TFO’s Deer Creek rod? Or what is a good starter rod?
Peter E.MemberIt sounds like the hats will be about $15-20 each with shipping.
I’ll definitely wear one for $20, but I’d probably take $15. Prefer cash, but I take checks too.
I’m with Andrew, I’ll wear one for about $20.
Peter E.MemberWell i’m ready to get the next boat on the way either a drift boat or glades skiff. Not sure which one yet. So I’m taking the Canoe out of the shop it had been in in Fairhope and selling it for what I need to get started.
If anyone is interested give me a call or drop me a line. I’ll take $2,000 or best offer. I’m ready to get started on the next boat.
