Zach, one of my favorite meals is couscous (your choice) add cashews and small can of chicken. In less than 5 minutes your eating well. Prep is easy, just add ingredients in one of those glad storage containers pour boiling water on it and let stand for a few minutes. Clean up is even easier, just add your left over hot water to your empty glad container ,put top on ,shake well and pour off what little remains, dishes done.

Shane, I purchased a scadden mekenzie drifter last year and got a lot of use out of it. However pumping up by hand every time while my buddy came up with various reasons to show up just as the last pump of air was going in was definitely a pain in the arse. Will be investing in a powered pump this season for sure, and bring the one that came with the boat for emergencies.

Feather-craft has some for 24.99 and Enrico Puglisi has some for sale for 19.99. Just add some AA batteries and they work great.

Have always thought that Larry Dahlberg would be a very interesting interview.
Would like to say thankyou to Zach for all the work you put into the podcasts! Love listening to them on my way to work.

I fish alot on small brookie type streams in the spring time in the northeast. Most of the time your hiking in a way’s before you can start fishing or the air temps are too warm for me to want to wear or carry heavy wading gear. I would like to see a pair of light weight low top or high top rubber bottomed wading shoes with a gore-tex gaitor attached that could exstend up to your knees and cinch up tight with cord lock and elastic strapping.
