You guys all know me, but in the interests of camaraderie and for those who may not realize, this is my site.
I’m going to be 27 in November, and I’ll have been married to or dating Lauren for 10 years in January.
Steve I played with one of Yuhina’s Danielssons this last weekend; they are neat, unique little reels.
There’s something subtle about it that isn’t obvious unless you know what is going on. I don’t have a real clean grip on it myself, since I’ve never played with a tilt-shift lens; I know conceptually that you’re pulling the narrow depth of field slice out of perpendicular to the lens, but I’d have to mess with one to really understand how many axes it can be rotated on, etc.
Do you set a pretty wide aperture (say f/2.8) and then shift the out-of-focus areas around?
Those are sure a lot prettier stocked trout than we have – most of ours look exactly like the washed-out ones you buy at the grocery store.

I’m only familiar with shifting and tilting lenses in the perspective-control line Nikon sells to architectural photographers.
I’m sorry, Mike, I didn’t have any more photos of Twin Bridges – thought I did but I must have lost or destroyed them.
