I was there in April, but forgot the camera, I was too busy staring in awe as I toured the Sweetgrass shop, what a great experience!

It is a neat little town, it was sad to see Scott Waldie’s shop closed, as he has passed away.  No more Travers Corners books.  If you haven’t read them, you should…

EDIT: apparently the shop is still open, it just wasn’t the day I was there.

I probably do, Mike.  I’ll look and post a few this evening.

Thanks Zach, look forward to it…

I’m off to a little town called Ugie, in a few weeks, if the missus lets me, to guide at a ladies festival, now you see why, “if the missus lets me” comes into play. It has some seriously stunning scenery; you guys are going to drool…

    Cheers

I’m sorry, Mike, I didn’t have any more photos of Twin Bridges – thought I did but I must have lost or destroyed them.

Hey Jay, we fished with the guys at Four Rivers Fishing Company last summer. I booked them because it had been Scott’s shop. A buddy and I went out there for his memorial service on the Ruby and just had a wonderful time. We got to meet the real life versions of many of the characters from the Travers Corners trilogy. What an absolute hoot. I talked to Jane Waldie a few days ago. I was hoping to make it over there last week but just couldn’t get away.

    Ron,

Thanks very much for the post, I am glad 4 Rivers is still doing well.
