I used Regal for years, then Barracuda, now the Renzetti Master.
The Renzetti Master is super smooth. It makes the tyer feel like he is holding the hook with his fingers – like Lee Wulff

in the south of the country – where I live – peacock bass are not found.
They are found from the southwest and southeast and up to the Amazon.
In the Northeast there are rivers with:
snook
dorados
peacock bass
tarpon
and some with largemouth bass
all in the same river. 😀Here in the south is much colder so peacock bass wont live. But we have some nice largemouth bass.

to eat!!?? We have a hard time teaching people to release them, only those that fish with live bait use to kill snook here.
I own the G 706-3 the HP 669-3 (that is broke and going for repair), the BCS 779-3 and will order a WW 806-3 (that previsouly had one but this crazy friend of mine offered me a good sum of money for that I could not sell it ;D )
After using short rods a 9 feet rod becomes terrible in hand, it is just too much length, too much weight to carry around the air.
8’8″ is my max length, maybe use it for very large rivers.
The WW 806-3 is probably the best largemouth bass (# 2 flies) rod around.
I sent a message to Scott asking them to build a special series of Brazilian Special for this rod – like the japanese special G2 – but they never replied 😛Im a great fan of Scott rods because they think different.
