noneMemberI got a copy too.
It’s indeed very different from any other fly fishing movie I’ve seen so far.
Very professional filming as well as great script. Pretty much a documentary worth of National Geographic broadcasting.May 27, 2009 at 1:53 pm #36936shane cavitt
MemberAfter reading the early parts of this thread last week, I decided to order the DVD from Hatches Magazine. Received the DVD yesterday and all I can say is wow. Like others have said it is unlike other fly fishing films out there right now. It is not your typical grip-n-grin film. The cinematography is outstanding, probably the best I have ever seen in a fly fishing film. There are beautiful nature shots and some great casting shots. Overall, the film is outstanding and I would suggest that you check it out.

MemberWell,
I received my copy of “Once in a Blue Moon” and got a chance to watch it on the big TV with good speakers.
My wife sat down and watched it with me. All I can say is, it is even better on the big screen with surround sound. My wife really enjoyed it too. She even said she wanted to go on Amazon and leave a review. She has never done that before.
