    South Fork skiff is actually a brand name and are fiberglass, and that is what Murph is rowing there, the aluminum skiff is made by koffler, which is usually the same dimension just a little more bulletproof.

    love that night fishing….used to do it a lot on the Bull shoals stretch….you hear some wild stuff out there at night, need to do it again soon.

    Lake Tanycomo is the first place I ever casted a flyrod….good memories there, thats where I caught the bug

    I have seen them quite a bit down here, i think they are catching on…my buddy Beau is the poster boy for them, he and his mandolin and spanish yellow lab…i get to laugh at him when i see him on the merchandising pieces, if you know him, it is Beau Strathman

    yea,
    i chunked one of those around at the show here in ATL, I liked it, it felt chunky, but fun to throw….and it seemed easy to be accurate with it…cool rod.

    I just cant stand the people that never use it as a teaching device, they use it as a status symbol of some sort (that being when they come in the shop) , that sort I am still trying to figure out.

    there was a little too much info to read everyones post, but, I spend quite a bit of time on Cumberland Island, and there is a black panther or two at least on the island.

    awesome reels, bulletproof, sandproof….what have ya.
    They compete with Tibor on the saltwater level, so expensive as far as $450 goes, but cheap compared to a Tibor and ever bit as tough.

    I’m with Dunfly on this one…just fancy icing on the same cake that everyone else eats….I dont even know if that makes sense…oh well.
