I think number 1 and 3 are great, with number 2 my eyes don’t really find a subject.

Hmm then i have to try and reinstall LR3 again. Having them both on my laptop caused LR2 to crash at the splash screen.

I’ll try installing LR3 on my D: drive.

The thing i don’t like in this Beta is that i can’t use the LR2 catalogs, i can’t even start LR2 anymore. This means i have to reimport everything and do the same work on every photo i allready did in LR2.

As a fresh start i think LR3 is great and the new options are useful, as an upgrade it is to much work now.

Don’t forget to reed what Ken Rockwell has to say about the difrences between a D300 and a D90. The D300 offers a pro body but if you don’t need al the buttons you can find al the functions(and more) in the D90 menu.

    I’m a happy D90 user πŸ™‚

Neal, great report. It must be fantastic to catch fish on such a short fishing trip.

The two Lowepro DryZone models all the way – which one depends on where and what I am photographing. The smaller model is great for walking and walking and walking……..one body, couple of lenses, and some fishing gear/drink etc. in the top compartment.

How are that ……. zippers after some time of use? I had this one in my hand when i was looking for a new backpack, but when i was testing that zipper it was opening on the wrong side again. Does it go easier/better after a while?

Thanks for the help Zach. Oh and if you need a european server to mirror youre podcasts let me know. It would boost the speed a lot on this side off the ocean.
