MemberI could use some help. Maybe since the photo is on a secure web site it won’t let you in. Any ideas on how I can post if I put it in my documents as a .jpg?
Thanks

MemberI think the Boca grip on big fish is the only way to go. It makes handling and releasing much quicker, which in turn is easier on the fish than trying to geta handle on him after you’ve netted him and thrown him in the boat. The minute you get the grip on it freezes the fish just like lippin a small bass, and you can get a photo and get the fish back in the water. It also is much easier on the thumbs and wrist. 8)

MemberThey are great but check out the new System X from SA. I really like the clear lids on both sides.

MemberI’m actually considering opening a fly shop. The Orvis store recently closed in town and now the only fly shop in Birmingham, AL is definitely a TYPE I. I hate to even go in there. I wonder if there is enough money in it to survive. I’ve been in retail for over 25 years and will be layed off on March 1st. ::) I was thinking about taking an older style home and making the first floor a fly shop and the top floor a cafe. People could shop and eat, or eat and shop.
I really liked the idea when I saw the Tommy Bahama store on St. Armand’s in Sarasota. Birmingham really needs something like that. Anybody know of any similar models where they combine dining and shopping? -
