There are forms located in the column at the right of this page for Adult model release, Minor Model release, Property release (which I am most concerned about), and Simple Pocket model release.
Some of these forms are written to totaly protect the photographer, but I can also see how it might put thoughts or concerns into people’s heads who you are asking to sign. Yet in this day and age, I would think it is better to not shoot a subject for whom or which you might need to get a release, or to be willing to give up the shot if you can’t get a release signed. It is pretty sad that you have to worry about all this.

Fly Fishing the World did a show on project healing waters, which I watched last night, and it was really moving.
Wow. Amazing report and pictures. I felt like I was there. It brought back memories of summiting Long’s Peak.
I realy enjoyed the story, and what an amazing trip for your son. He will cherish these memories of time spent with you for the rest of his life!

I’ve been in your position before. Tried several online shops and didn’t have any better luck. Finaly tried http://www.feather-craft.com a few years ago and have never had a problem or backorder. The smaterials always seem to get there fast. They have been reliable.
Does this image work any better? I was inspired by Chad’s streamer shot and John B’s salmon flies shot with black backgrounds…
I’m stuck at my work desk, and live in Central Texas (41 days to date over 100 degrees this summer…..yesterday was 105!).
