    Actually the current problem is that the machine has a kernal panic about 7 times a day when I am on the internet.

    Wait a month or so for the new OS to come out.

    Jay – you have to be kidding me that a 2 bed, 1 bathroom, 557 sq foot shack is going for 1.4m$, hell that’s like, I can’t explain… hell that’s a bucket of money for a tiny garage???

    Yes, that is the right price.  That is why I don’t live in town and I rent and don’t own.  The entire Town is a National Historic District and it is very difficult to build here.  There is also very little vacant land in town, so the prices are really high.  Of course when Jerry Seinfeld buys a $7,750,000 vacation home here (among many other stars), it also drives up the cost.

    But, on the upside, this is my local river…
