Great interview — I’ve been following his work since I was in Jr. High, so it was nice to hear some perspepctive from the man behind the lens.
I use an Xi3 for bass fishing — I love it. You can turn over big bugs and pull bass out of the moss with no problems.
If you’re casting big flies it is great, but if you are fishing for trout where the fish are sensitive to tippet size, I don’t use
Me recipe is similar to Zach’s. I like a little lime in my salsa too, sometime I’ll throw an alvacado in the processor before I mix things up. It adds a nice little change of taste.
Anyone ever make tomatilla sauce? It is my favorite.
Heartbreaker…it hasn’t rained here in over 3 months and a storm
rolled in at 5:15 yesterday. We had rain, hail, and two tornadoes sighted! I didn’t even take my shotgun out of the case. I went out after work this evening and it rained again! Just my luck. And you are correct, as others have established above — Bottom line in most businesses, especially those publicly traded, is profitability (and maybe more so, predictability). The low gas prices are putting a major dent in the ROR/ROI of these companies….so as with every other sector, they fight regulation that decreases profit.
I’ve worked in many states, and PA guys please don’t take any offense to this, but the state of PA is clueless. I could go on and on, but the current lack of regulations/laws/rules in the state are actually hurting the state, it’s residents, and their natural resources. The state lacks a managment system and development guidelines/rules that TX, LA, NM, OK, etc have in place.
TPH is the best E&P analyst shop around, and their write-ups are geared towards E&P investors, not the general public. I had forgotten that I had the report and found it today when I was digging through some things. I just thought they had some good information…wasn’t trying to ruffle any feathers.
Try below the dam of Lake Benbrook (15 mintues from Downtown) — You can park along the side of the road leading to Pecan Valley Golf Course and walk down to the river. The 1st 100-200 yards below the dam are not fishable, but the water flatens out and is a great place to sight cast to carp and there are plenty of bass and sunfish willing to eat your flies.
