Thanks for the reply; you may want to identify yourself a little more to clarify where your comments are coming from.

I read your response in detail and I still have several questions.

1) How are commercial fishermen offshore being regulated in order to prevent them from catching, as you point out, endangered variants of salmon in the Pacific Northwest, when they are out to sea and indistinguishable from other salmon which home in to less sensitive rivers?
