[Zach Matthews]

Let’s see how the blue treats us for a while.

Duly noted, Mike.

What is Keynote?

[Zach Matthews]

Work friendly?

[Zach Matthews]

Viewing the site on my work monitor, it’s clear the tans I’ve chosen aren’t dark enough to come through on the brighter monitors (they look fine on a Mac).

Neal –

I use that function to build my slide shows.

[Zach Matthews]

There’s the odd thing left to do now but I think I can safely declare the board upgraded at this point.

[Zach Matthews]

We’re not done yet, dudes; I am just taking a break to watch some football.

Don’t get attached.  I’m changing everything, there’s just a lot of CSS involved.  My earlier post was from when the entire board looked like it was written in 1994 (i.e. there was no style applied at all).

[Zach Matthews]

If you have phone service out there, you could always have a security system installed.

[Zach Matthews]

Mike, your shots have come a hell of a long way in the last year, buddy.

[Zach Matthews]

Nice Brian.

[Zach Matthews]

Oooh.

[Zach Matthews]

Thiago –

In this at least, I’m a journalist.  We get bookended into the crappiest parts of the season.  If River Plate wants to offer me the same deal Xingu did in a good part of the year, I’m all for it. 🙂

Dashboards.

This is my soon-to-be-retired fishing ride.  I was helping some AT through hikers out.

However, none of us will ever top the greatest potential fishing ride, ever.

[Zach Matthews]

Easy, peanut gallery.

Thiago, I was in Brazil in summer 2006, when I was supposed to be studying for the bar exam.  Huge country.  My bags saw most of it.  What part are you in?  I am surprised by the snook; I thought they were a northern Caribbean species.

I fished the Xingu River.  It sucked.  We did manage some fish, though:

(Look how peacocks, a cichlid species, have a weird extra set of pectoral fins).

Here’s my gallery from that trip:

Here’s my article explaining why it sucked (again, in transition to the new style, probably fixed tonight):

Zach

[Zach Matthews]

Jay I am not clear here.

[Zach Matthews]

It will cast at any range, but it will certainly handle an extra line size or even two.

[Zach Matthews]

Whoa.

[Zach Matthews]

Here’s a bit of an interesting side-topic.
