MemberWe have to drive to where we fish and in the way of Itinerant Angler, our vehicles are a major part of our journey.
My truck happens to be pretty clean and new but I know that there are some pretty crazy fishing vehicles out there (my old Subaru would have been a great example) Or I can just think about my grandfather and his truck was a perfect example. He had the truck that smelled like fish and the birds followed him everywhere he went.

Memberpoor poor old Ross Reel hat. That is like kind of like introducing a puppy to the family dog.
Retired head wear could be a thread all it’s own. 🙂
Cameron – That hat is a Joel Special.

MemberHey wait a minute, where the hell is my dashboard. Since my oldest daughter started driving last March I seem to have lost my car. Nowadays my work vehicle is a Gary Fisher Zebrano, maybe that’s why I haven’t been fishing much lately?
Don’t worry Gary,a fisher is way cooler than DA’s Volvo 😀

posted: 5 DAYS 6 HOURS AGOLONDON (Sept. 16) – If a man’s home is his castle, then maybe his car is his trash can: A study found the typical car has 283 different types of bacteria present in every square inch.
Microbiologists from Britain’s Aston University found the dirtiest part of the vehicle was the gear stick, home to 356 germs on a square centimeter.
One in four of 1,376 car owners polled said their car is littered with food wrappers and empty drink bottles, while one in six admitted to regularly leaving uneaten food in their vehicle.
Half of the drivers admitted the standard of cleanliness in their car left much to be desired and they would never let their home get into the same condition.
The study also found a strong correlation between the mileage of the car and the bacterial and fungal air quality………………………….Sep 22, 2008 at 2:20 pm #29911kevin powell
MemberEven hair dressers wouldn’t take one off-road, though it does go most places I need to go. 😉

My wife has a Subaru Outback that I would prefer to be our fishing vehicle especially with today’s gas prices. We tend to still take the truck.
Corey, I LOVE IT… The Old Subaru replace the velvet that those paintings were meant for and for the most part fishing is a religious experience. The water is the bast church I know.
Marc P – we need to see the “Trout Tank Corsica”
