MemberI have a Solitude III with an extra spool that I haven’t fished in a long, long time.
It was and is a great reel. I have gone to fishing all Large arbor reels and I just don’t fish this one anymore.
I would like to have 2 LA spools and use the III for my 6 wt.
I have landed a pile of steelhead on this reel and it has always worked flawlessly.
I don’t know if I would sell it or not. I might though.
It is black and a left hand retieve reel that is clean with no boat rash.

MemberHey guys, thanks for the replies.
First things first. Although I have purchased many pairs of crocs in the past and will undoubtedly do so in the future, I’ll not be wearing them anytime soon. 😉
My kids love them, I think they are hot s.o.b.’s and my feet move around too much in them. And they look freakin stupid, lol.

MemberZach,
I went to using my real name on web sites and bulletin boards a couple of years ago.
I did so, and urged others to do so for many of the reasons you gave for wanting us to do so.
A couple of bowhunting and fly fishing sites I frequented were getting completely out of hand. People would make an anonymous post that was either a personal attack on a person or business or just a flat out non truth about any number of subjects.
I started using my real name when I was elected to the board of directors of a national bowhunting organization. because I thought that a person in my position shouldn’t be making anonymous post. I also tried to pursued others to use their given name so we could all get to knoew each other on a more personal level.
One thing we should all keep in mind is to be very careful of what kind of personal information we post about ourselves and others.
We should be very careful not to post exact dates any of us will be gone fishing or on vacation.
This is just an invitation to any would be burglar to come and clean us out, or worse yet, do harm to our family while we are not home.
The only site I do not use my real name on is a guitar site. It seems to be the norm on the site I visit.
I assume since a lot of these guys are gigging musicians they don’t want to be putting their real name out there for people to know they will be gone until 3 am ect…p.j. petiniot
MemberCraig,
I have a 9’9″ 8 wt St Croix Legend Ultra that I built several years ago. I used this rod for several years and caught too many steelhead to remember on it.
I have been thinking about selling this rod for a while now because I just don’t fish it anymore.
I don’t have any pictures of it handy, but I could take some and send them to you if you are interested.
I did not put any trim wraps on the rod, just single color (green) wraps. It has premium cork with no nicks or cuts. The guides are oversized titanium coated snakes and the strippers are fuji sic and a fuji folding hook keeper. The reel seat is black aluminum with a removable fighting butt.
I don’t have a factory rod tube, but I have a PVC tube that is bomb proof. The rod is a 3 piece and I think that St Croix still makes it, you can look up the specs on their site.
I’d sell it for 150.00 or trade it for something I would use.

Thanks Zach.

MemberNeal,
I sure am glad you posted this. I am considering buying this particular camera. I am looking for a small, pocket sized, quality camera to replace my oooold Toshiba that finally broke after 10 years of faithful service.
I purchased an Olympus SP510-uz to take on a family vacation this past summer. It is a great camera and takes great pictures. It is just too big framed a camera to keep in your pack or pocket while hunting and fishing.
I also like the fact that the 770SW is not water resistant, it’s water proof. Like you said, it’s submersible up to 33ft. (35 by your calculations, lol)
Since you took it diving over 30ft, i’m sure it will do everything I want it to do. I am always worrying about taking a dive in my waders and ruining a camera.

MemberZach,
I sent you payment for my shirt today.
I think the photo contest would be a great idea. 🙂
Should we be wearing anything else besides our new T shirt? :-/
I figured you might want to clarify that. 😉
I just don’t want to have to see any of these guys wearing their new Itinerant Angler T shirt, Tevas and nothing else. ;D
Thanks for putting together the Shirt deal.

MemberZach,
I will take a short sleve XL Tall (if that’s possible) if no talls are available, I’ll take a XXL.
Thanks.

MemberI have a 9’6″ 7wt Sage FLI that I have only fished 1 weekend. I purchased this rod specifically to fish Western PA and Eastern Ohio.
I already had a 9′ 7wt Sage RPL+ that I love. I talked myself into having to have a 9’6″ 7wt. I liked this particular rod, and preferred it over the 10′ version (which I thought cast like a dog)
