MemberThanks Zach and Tim. Â I had been thinking about the Twin Bridges area, Bozeman, and Missoula…..just don’t know much about them and what all is avaiable.
Thanks for the tips to point us in the right direction in researching.  We went to Yellowstone  two years ago, and I have been many times before, although never made it to the Norhteast area of the park since I have always been doing a day trip up from Jackson (usualy do the loop from south entrance).  I would really enjoy seeing this area of the park, and from pictures I have seen it looks to be possibly the most beautiful part of the park.  Have been to Mammoth once, briefly, but sounds like there is much more there now with the wolves and all.
Personaly, I could always go to Yellowstone, and I have yet to fly fish there, but the Bozeman/Twin Bridges and/or Missoula area sounds fun and relaxing. Â
I am thinking we will be out there for around 9 – 11 days and may do some driving, but don’t want to spend the whole vacation road tripping in the car. Â I like to kind of settle in someplace and get to know it and relax.
How far apart driving wise are Bozeman, Twin bridges, and Missoula?

MemberThanks for this thread Guys. Â John, your comment about overexposing one stop was great. Â I got out in the backyard this afternoon trying to shoot some birds, and also practicing the overexposing to get a proper exposure. Â The pictures turned out o.k. Â Not winners by any means, but let me practice the concept.

MemberHey Eric,
Here are my suggestions (IMHO) and thoughts based on my initial reaction to seeing each ad, coming from someone who has been in the homebuilding industry for the last 15 years:
I would say I like #1 the best. Â I like that picture the best (really nice work), and I like the pure and simple approach of its wording. Â I also like the silouhette of the person standing on the porch – it gives the home a personal feel – like that guy could be me and that home could be mine! It would make me want to get more info and go to the tour.
#2, I don’t like the bold yellow “Don’t”. Â To me, it kind of leaves a negative subliminal message. Â I also think the “keeping up with the Jone’s” is kind of cliche and in this modern world of information overload, kind of causes me to skip past it without taking in the intended message.
#3 the image doesn’t appeal to me as much. Â I like the richer tones and colors of the first image, as well as the more zoomed in view. Â I would maybe rephrase the “Modern Done Different”. Â Maybe “Modern. Different.” Â This image does give more of a feel for the entire home and with more of the trees in the background, it may give it more of a “Michigan” feel that you want to portray, but it also doesn’t differentiate it for me from what I am used to seeing when I see fancy homes in realestate brochures.

MemberSounds like #2 is the winner. Â
I reworked #1 a little bit and lightened it up some, cause I still kind of like it too. Â New versions are posted below( I think it replaced the ones above as well):

Thanks for all of your good points all.
