MemberHere’s a nice smallmouth yellowfish taken off the Vaal river last October, about an hour and a half from Johannesburg – as Mike will attest to I am sure, such powerful fish. Would love to see a big largemouth…..

MemberThanks to all of you, more than kind…….I love looking around here, and I love the fact that fishing is such a universal language. It’s awesome to see such cool imagery of fishing here.
Mike – those yellowfish are a blast !! I have heard of some monster yellowfish sub-species up in Angola, gotta see some of that one day. I have done a lot with the FlyCastaway guys – what an awesome bunch of people, they have my utmost respect for what they do, and how they fish (on their days off !!). Yes, there are a load of my photos on their website. There is nowhere like Africa………..

MemberMost kind – it was my first time to BC, what a place. One of the only locations I have been lucky enough to have worked in that tended to look better the worse the weather got……………..I don’t feel I did proper justice to what I saw to be completely honest, and I would kill to go back there someday soon.

MemberWow, thanks guys.
Outside of Europe where I work for a bunch of magazines, websites, tackle companies etc., you might have seen a bit of my stuff here )or perhaps not !!) :
FlyLife (Aus/NZ fly fishing mag, really nice looking publication, so badly want to go to NZ)
The Traveling Sportsman (RIP)
Wild on the Fly (ages ago)
Destination FishCurrent US Hardy catalogue cover and a bunch of photos inside
Hardy catalogue that had a bonefish tail on the front
CATCH magazine, especially the first issue where they had a bunch of my stuff
Otherwise, there is my website.
Been to the US a few times, gotta admit to being blown away by the country and the people – what an iincredible place, and the more I learn about your country, it’s fishing and the staggering range of stunning places, the more I want to come over lots and lots.
