I tried some of the clip on the classes type. I liked them, but all they had in stock was the 1.5 magnifier. I think I still want something a little stronger, but I will get that type. Thanks, Guy

Zach, only been there once, and it was before I was fishing. But it was July,crowds were not too bad. The “road to the Sun” , I think it was, had just opened,plenty of snow around. Hidden Lake is what I would say was a “do not miss”.
Anything small that takes me more than 5 minutes to tie on. (and it seems like that “small” is getting bigger daily.) I got to try some of those magnifiers.
Congrats Zach, have not heard one yet (no i-pod, and dial up has got to go, on a waiting list for DSL), but am looking forward to it. Keep those articles coming out also.
Being the rank beginner I am, I like to walk into fly shops even if there is no way I’m buying anything, just to “hang” with fellow fishers. I have felt like a total outsider in oneof the West Yellowstone shops, don’t recall which one. But have felt like a long timer in a couple of shops in Victor/Driggs Wy, where I bought stuff just cauz the guys were nice. Go figure.
Since I only have two rods, both St Croix, I’d have to chip in with the 9′ 5 wt legend. You’ve got me interested in checking out a few others, though.

Does a Toyota Corolla count? Doesn’t have a bit of ground clearance, if I take it on gravel it whines. Maybe that’s why I never go off road??? When I grow up, I’m GONNA get a fishing vehicle. (Heck, only a dozen more years before I can THINK about retirement, maybe a fishing car than!)
??? Well, I’m in thru internet explorer. I was on chat help with an aol rep, when my lovely dial up kicked me off . His last statement was to log on with i.e., so after much chagrine, (It appears I lost the shortcut to i.e.) I found something, and am here. I don’t think I’ll ever leave this desk again! I am beginning to hate computers as much as I hate hooking up audio equipment. ( yet another long story). Anyway, If I can find my way back to i.e. again, I’ll sign on that way. Thanks for the help guys.
