I agree with you Joel, photographers are a little bit shy here….because I was born in this month (aquarian is a bold group), so I would like to share some  photos first… looking forward to see more… friends… sincerely. And since Cameron is my close friend and he always show me some excellent photos, I will also nominate Cameron to post some photos…Yuhina 🙂

Nice setup! I like the size of the reel. Not too large, not too small.
    Is it a M2 or M3? (Bauer)
    The rod is a #6 or #8?

It’s not for lack of tryng Joel. Ive been getting up at 5am every Sat/Sun and out the door looking for things to photograph (its all I can do here until Openers) but I havent had much luck. For some odd reason things (wildlife) are abnormally skinny here this winter and were in the midst of a record year for lack of sunlight. Read something recently that we’ve had 33% less sunlight than normal this year. Man talk about the winter blues 🙂 I honeslty havent shot in decent light since December 1st..All of which means I may have only kept about 2 dozen images since Christmas.

Heres a few that I Have kept over the last few weeks.

    Couple Harris hawk images.

    Northern Hawk Owl

    Barred Owl

Hopefully we get a thaw and the Steelhead start running in the next week or two.
I may actually try to hit one of the rivers this weekend just to change gears.

    John,

AWESOME shots!! I love them all!! Thank you!

Those Harris hawk and Hawk owl are truely amazing creature…
We have a Harris Hawk around the center too… In their native range out west, they hunt in group, chase out rabbits from desert bushes…. a truely street gangster! 🙂

Part of a day photo shooting ducks at the fish hatchery ponds. Just some throw away photos that make for a collage memento.

A few of my favorites from 2007.  How about that modern issue Itinerant Angler shot.  Did not dawn on me until this morning.

John those photos are superb! Your picture look so alive to me that I feel as if the bird you are shooting is right in the room with me. Very cool! You definitely have a gift!

Great looking pots Patrick. I like the glaze color you chose for them.

Alan where is that second picture from? I feel like I’ve been there before….

Scott I liked what you did with your “throw away” shots. Did you have duck for dinner that night?

Great stuff everyone keep it coming!

    Joel
