MemberWhile I still use older technology in terms of my camera, I do use the 15-85 as my everyday lens and I really like it. Works good for stream pics and landscapes.

MemberSuggest you might want to start here.
http://tv.adobe.com/watch/getting-started-with-adobe-photoshop-lightroom-4/lightroom-4-importing-and-organizing-your-images/;/As has been suggested, a lot of you-tube stuff is also available. The key is the catalog. Get it set up correctly and you are good to go, improper set up can make management a PITA. I typically download to HD, then import into LR, process, then tweak in PS if needed. I really like the program, figuring out all that it is capable of doing is a big challenge, but interesting one.
Also, this course may be of interest, coming to MO next week!

MemberMatt,
Nice shots. The only issue I have and am using IE9 is the nav bar on the top. Your last button on right is covered almost completely with the social networking links. I might push the social buttons to the far right but I did not look at the coding to see what you had intended either.tim johnson
MemberThe way I understand this new camera, the software is the key to developing the desired pictures. According to the product web site, at this time, only a Mac version is available so if you are a Windows person, better wait a while longer.

MemberGive Ken Richards a call, he specializes in smallmouth in AR. His web site http://www.justfishinguides.com
or call him at 479-531-5741. I know he spends lots of time on both Bufaflo and Kings.

MemberIf you google Canon lens reviews you’ll find plenty of good info. I like the digital picture site myself.

MemberI bought some unsanded blanks from MudHole a few years ago to use for repairs on broken rods that folks would bring me. Might be worth a call to check on availability.

MemberI would also suggest a Lake MI trip. At that time of year, should be some good salmon fishing at the river mouth, just beyond the pier heads.
