    The other thread about tungsten reminded me of this thread.

    For our cold fishing up here in Nova Scotia, I like to use Loons Stanley’s ice off paste.

    Hey guys,

    I’ve been using the Loon Deep Soft weight which is a tungsten putty for about four years.

    I think that when you see a company going to those lengths to be different with a new product it makes you realize how watered down the market is actually becoming.

    What ever happened to the days when you put out a sound quality product without the gimick (just like the models of abel reels that you mentioned you sought after)
