I have both as well. The one big difference I’ve found is that the RIO running light floats and the SA running line sinks.

I always start with a PT or a Copper John when nymphing…

What I mean by different is smaller rivers, mainly wade fishing.

10′ 7 or 8 wt. is the way to go… if you’re only using it a handful of times a year.

I have a friend who guides up in Michigan and he swears by simms boot foot breathables.
