    New to forum… great listings above (recognize many… others not).

    Currently unfamiliar with site decorum… so I’ll throw this one out there while time is still left — “Dry” by Augusten Borroughs.

    It might sound like a fishing novel… but, it’s not.

    Fishing is unseasonably slow on Lake Erie tribs right now — severe lack of rain this Fall is impeding our season. However, some fish are in and concentrated in the deeper holes that actually contain water.

    If you’re in-town, definitely get out for a few hours — just hope for a few finning in faster water (or hit lake front). Fly choice is up for debate, but I start with buggers at first light and down size from there.

    Higher temps do have them fighting like gang-busters…
