Thanks Justin. That sounds like the kind of place we would want to explore. I appreciate the info. One of the major ideas I hope to plant in my children on these trips is conservation and an appreciation for the outdoors. Pack out what you pack in and leave the area nicer than you found it. If he gets into, we may even explore doing some work with TU on some of the stream renovation projects. I think he would enjoy seeing what is involved with the stocking programs and how they determine what and where to renovate.

If they are starting their spawning run and you can find a good school of them, I will usually throw my triple to them:

Kent’s stealth bomber, bonefish gotcha (bonefish flies make awesome white bass flies), and the bottom fly is just some bucktail with a little flash over the top.
