MemberMark, what are you thinking? Think we’ve been had?
Aaron Otto
MemberThat thing is awesome! You will have to post some pictures of you and your friends sticking fish on it.

MemberSo guys, I’ve seen some really cool image storage designs. Not necessarily for photos in the context we’re thinking of here, but for check images and legal documents.

MemberBen I got to give it to you.

MemberTim:
When using fill flash, set for “Rear Curtain Sync” so the shot absorbs ambient light before popping the target with white flash.
ZachThanks Zach, – I got a new flash a few months back and missed the setting.

MemberCory great shot! This particular thread has done the same for me. I wanted to incorporate multiple pieces of it this weekend. My wife and I took our two year old and we’re trying to teach him how to properly hold a fish. The idea was to get my kid in the background of a shot practicing. Operator error in the end (by me) was our downfall. The lens needed to be stopped down a few notches, unfortunately I left the A at 2.8 and Hudson is only partially visible practicing his holding behind mom’s demo.

My next goal was to do a blatant copy of some of the photos I liked above.

MemberI feel ya’ Carter. Grip shots are very stale in my opinion and really do nothing to tweek my interest. I’m also looking for that different shot. Hopefully I will have my super wide angle lens in hand soon……and will start practicing and capturing the shots of the fish with the distorted (read huge) head, with the eyes in focus, and the fisherman just a faint blur in the background. I’m really partial to those.
The Bandito is a fresh approach but a little overboard if you ask me. 😉
Couldn’t agree more Drifter.
