    Grant,

Our first pup came from the Green Hills area of Nashville, second from Isle of Palms, SC, 3rd from Gainesville, GA

    Trout

I had a Boykin named Pete who was a great hunter/retriever and an even better fishing dog.

I like to stick with one syllable.

David, where did your Boykins come from? I had looked for some time to find another but could never find a litter with both parents having certified hips/eyes. I have settlled on an English Cocker pup which I hope to pick up in a couple of months.

    “Booger” as in Wooly.

I once knew a huge yellow lab named “Bear”….and he was a big Teddy Bear.

thats funny, my dog’s name is bear and it couldnt be more fitting

I have a buddy that had a chocolate lab named “Angler”.  He was a great dog, and I always liked that name.  Good luck!

I just noticed when you made the post and you have probably already named your dog.
