If you need a fishing license . . . either North Carolina or Tennessee will be valid in the park

    Purchase a North Carolina fishing license here ($30 + $10trout) http://www.ncwildlife.org/fs_index_01_license.htm

Purchase a Tennessee license here https://www4.wildlifelicense.com/tn/

Are there any tackle or fly shops in Bryson that sell licenses, in person?

Cool, I just bought one on-line I don’t want to drive out and get one on Friday morning. Buying one on the web is pretty sweet. I always buy all my Ohio licenses at stores and you get a water proof paper thing.

I’m looking forward to this week end.

I’m getting excited now!!!!  Just finished moving in to the new house and let me tell you the new construction in the area is like a combat zone.  I can’t wait to hear running water and smell morning dew instead of that Bobcat noise and dust powder.  Freedom at last.

Haven’t even finished unpacking the house but at least my fly fishing gear and camera equipment are all out in the open and ready to pack.  Here we go.  See you all on the water this Friday.

I was really looking forward to this weekend, but both my wife and one of my boys are sick.

I hate to, but unfortunately Nicole and I will not make it this weekend.

I’m going to be getting there tonight. Do y’all have any advice for fishing tomorrow? Trails to hit, pull offs, or any ideas? Without of course any public display of honey holes…

Computers just crashed with a new program at work, everyone is panicing, but no problem.  I’m going fishing.  Hitting the road in about an hour, Neal’s house this evening and on the stream tomorrow.

    Ethan:

I found this site that had some good general information.  I plan on hitting Nolan Creek tomorrow, and Deep Creek and Indian Creek Saturday.  Other than that, I’m no help since I’ve never been there.

Man Hudson just asked me if we were going fishing tomorrow. I forgot I had circled the day with him on our calendar in the kitchen. We drew a big fish on tomorrow so he would know when we were going.
