Ok, I’m to understand that we tie a minimum of 10 flies (1 extra to send to Zach) then we ship them to Patrick in whatever manner we want to get the others back in , with enough return postage for the trip and a little extra for good measure. Does that about cover it.
I almost forget… toe tags and a brief what and where.
Pattern change going with a surise special which is very similar to the first pattern space out while I was tying and tied them up instead.

I think I screwed up Patrick, I sent a paper with the recipe for the fly, nothing with what it’s used for.

Flies are tied I was going to mail them this past weekend And missed the post office by about 10 minutes.. I will get them out tomorrow….
But they may be a day or two late….
Sorry… I thought the due date was next weekend..

You aren’t the only one, my wife tells me this morning that the package I sent her to the PO with fell off the seat and she forgot about it so it will not go out till tomorrow. Not a good showing for my first swap.

Things aren’t going that well for me with this swap either. Got the materails and hooks ready to go last week and started tying a Soft-hackled Hare’s Ear for the swap and had four of them tied and ready with six to go. Then it happened, Mon. A.M. I cut off part of my middle finger at work. Needless to say, my tying is done for awhile, you really don’t realize how much you use your “social finger” on your left hand when tying until something like this happens!
I will still submit my flies, maybe a day or two late, Thanks to a good friend of mine who will finish them for me.JH
Mine came back to me for insufficents postage The chick weighed them at to postal place wtf have to go to work will try to get them out today again! >:(
wow, insufficent postage, finger destruction, packaging falling appart… Just do the best you can I guess…
