    Love the reel, and the fiberglass manifesto sticker, nice fish as well.  Looks like great water.  I need to check out the brawling rivers, those shots always get my attention.  Michigan rivers while great are so different for the most part.

    I would think that you would be fine with the 7ft 4wt.

    Thanks for the help guys. I have a 9 ft 6 wt a3 on my Christmas list but I don’t think it will be here in time. I think that would be a great rod for the fork or Colorado. I was thinking the same thing about my 4 wt which is that I can get by but that mending will be tougher for nymphs, but ill just pretend I’m fishing a bamboo stick.
