Hey guys –

This area is starting to get a lot more use and it’s time I laid down a few guidelines.

Classifieds Rules

(1) You may post anything you like in this Classifieds section, whether fishing-related or not.

(2) I do require the use of real names here just as anywhere else on the site.  If someone is not posting under a real name, I reserve the right to remove the ad.  I also recommend against dealing with anyone who wouldn’t feel comfortable enough to use their real name, but after all it’s your money.

(3) This section of the site is no different from Craigslist: there are no guarantees whatsoever.  I do not referee disputes between buyers and sellers, nor will I be involved in any such disputes in any way.  This is a BUYER BEWARE area.

(4) Please do not email or IM me asking me to get involved in any disputes.  As you all know, I’m a lawyer; I deal with enough business deals gone sour at my day job and I don’t need to be doing it on my free time.

(5) Your use of this site is a complete and effective waiver of any right to sue me for any reason whatsoever arising out of the use of this site.  By registering, posting, or reading any advertisement posted on this site, you have explicitly agreed to the terms of use, including this waiver.
