I have two boats.  Both are Ocean Kayak Prowler 15’s rigged for fishing.  Perfect flats boats, low cost and good excercise.

Can you explain the set up on this boat, or do you have other photos that would show more detail?

My motor is much nicer to look at than one of those gas powered things…

I’ll say from riding in one of Dave’s boats that he is one helluva craftsman.

I don’t own one but here’s a few I’ve been in over the last year.

    Dave’s

    Lee dog’s

    Redfish boat

    Muskie toons

Clacka that sits in a garage

I too enjoy the beauty and comfort of a wooden boat.

    Lando,

The Meranti boat is the one you are inquiring about.

i put a front knee brace on it from ro last summer before the great southeast floods hit

My oars are pyramid diamond blades that are fo-nominal for the skinnies that we get here

that Honda BF-5 is a stud that requires no maintenance and always cranks within two pulls

honestly jet sleds have been weighing heavy on my brain in the last year though. a yamaha g3 1656 ccj would do nearly all of the fin chasing that i desire, drift boats suck on flat water!

    Mike E…

Haha, river photos are dead giveaways.  Yours looks like the old distillery site.

No carp that day.  It was one of those really hot days.  We did boat a few nice bass, but that’s it.

There are a few really good carp spots.
